The fees to register your company will depend on your company type. For most companies, the current cost is either $503.00 or $611.00.
Once your application is submitted and approved by ASIC, you will receive an Australian Company Number (ACN). Your company will also be added to the companies register.
The Corporate Manager can assist you to register a company. We have 2 different options available depending on your needs.
First, is the DIY option. This is our cheapest option and allows you to complete the Company Registration form directly on our website. Once your application has been processed, you will receive a Company Constitution and all the corporate documents required to set up a company.
Second, is our Guided option. If you select this option, you will be sent a draft company registration form to complete which you will then send back to us. We will review your form and ensure there are no mistakes or issues. Once we have confirmed there are no issues we will submit the form on your behalf. Also included in this option is 30 minutes of consultation time in case you have any questions about the form or any of the requirements to register a company.
